Please read these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the website, mobile applications, or other online services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Haefer Homes, a DBA of Haefer Branch LLC (“Haefer Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed real estate firm in Virginia (License #0226038358), operating under the brokerage of Keller Williams at 1179-A Vista Park Dr, Forest, VA 24551.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. They do not apply to formal real estate brokerage transactions, which are handled through Keller Williams and licensed agents under separate agreements.
By accessing or using the Services, registering an account, clicking “accept,” “agree,” or similar buttons, attending open houses or events hosted by us, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Recordings of Conversations and Transactions
Virginia is a one-party consent state. We reserve the right to record all telephone calls, video conferences, in-person conversations, and other communications involving our team for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes. By using the Services or communicating with us, you consent to such recordings.
2. License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise agreed in writing). All content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications (email, phone, text, etc.) from us. You may opt out of marketing messages, but service-related communications will continue.
5. Your Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes.
- Post harmful, defamatory, infringing, or obscene content.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Services.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features
AI tools may be used in some features. Outputs may contain errors or biases. You agree to verify AI-generated information independently before relying on it for decisions.
8. Transactions and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the terms presented at checkout. Payments are generally final and non-refundable. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.
9. Feedback and Submissions
By submitting feedback, comments, or content, you grant us a broad, royalty-free license to use it.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks (including “Haefer Homes”) and content on the Services belong to us or our licensors. Do not use them without permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event will our total liability exceed the greater of $50 or amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Virginia law. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Campbell County, Virginia. You waive class actions and jury trials.
